AT MAOMI, WE ALWAYS TRY TO MAKE SHIPPING AS EASY AS POSSIBLE FOR OUR CUSTOMERS

That’s why we allow you to open and check your order upon delivery before making your final decision.

If you’re not completely satisfied, you can simply return the order to the courier and only pay the shipping fee.

The courier will gladly wait while you try on your order.

However, to maintain the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and customer trust, we kindly ask for your understanding that returns are not accepted once the courier has left.

This policy helps us ensure that every item delivered to our customers meets our strict quality control standards.

علشان كده بنسمح لك تفتح الأوردر وتراجع المنتجات عند الاستلام قبل ما تقرر تستلمه.

ولو المنتج ماكانش مناسب ليك، تقدر ترجعه للمندوب في نفس الوقت، وهتدفع رسوم الشحن فقط.

والمندوب هيستنى لحد ما تجرّب المنتج بكل راحة.

لكن حرصًا منا على الجودة والمصداقية، ولأسباب تتعلق بالنظافة ومعايير مراقبة الجودة لا يمكن إسترجاع أي منتج بعد مغادرة المندوب.
